Brief Job Description

The role would be responsible for collecting data from various sources, analyzing it, and interpreting the results. Work with CEO on feasibility and financials analysis of multiple existing and new projects. This involves gathering and analyzing data from various sources, including customer feedback, market research, and financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing solutions:
    1. Develop and implement effective solutions that will improve the organization’s performance.
    2. This may involve developing new policies and procedures, implementing new software or technology, or creating new products or services
  • Reports and presentations:
    1. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
    2. Prepare charts, graphs, and other visual aids to help convey complex information.
  • Identifying trends and opportunities:
    1. Identify trends and opportunities in the power industry in Nigeria to help organizations optimize their energy resources.
    2. Keep up to date with industry news and developments to provide insights and recommendations based on current trends.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, and Strategy. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Power/Gas industry.
  • MBA degree from a prestigious institute or B-school. Candidates with a BE/B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from renowned B-schools are preferred.
  • Proven experience in Feasibility and Financial Analysis. Candidates with experience working for Power companies in Africa are highly desired.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with new technologies. Exposure to the Power/Gas industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools and Data Visualization Tools. Familiarity with the tools and software commonly used in the power industry, including project management tools, data visualization tools, and database management systems, is desired.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and embrace new technologies, as well as the willingness to learn new skills and apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
