The role would be responsible for Costing, Data analysis and Business Plan preparation for the Group companies. An MBA or B.Tech from reputed institution with some experience of Budgeting, Accounting Costing, Data analysis and Business Plan preparation.

• Financial Planning & Analysis:
  1. Analysis of quarterly Financial Statements of All the Units
  2. Monthly cash Flow analysis
• Product costing and profitability analysis:
  1. Product wise profitability analysis
  2. Review of raw material yield and consumption tend for major consumables for manufacturing units.
• Productivity review:
  1. Review of Productivity of manufacturing units
  2. Downtime analysis

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Budgeting, Accounting Costing, Data Analysis, and Business Plan preparation in manufacturing companies. Experience working in the African continent is highly desired.
• BE/B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable universities. Candidates from NIT/REC are preferred.
• Strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Costing, and Budgeting. Previous experience in a manufacturing setup in Africa would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in generating MIS reports and ensuring compliance, including tasks such as product-wise profitability analysis, productivity reports, and downtime analysis.
