Working with the shareholders in AIG has, in just two years, given me exposure that may be equivalent to 10 years had I been working elsewhere. The culture enabling zest for growth, the ability to identify potential business opportunities and take risks, and detail orientation while maintaining a fun work environment makes work here very exciting.
